Step by step

What happens

  1. Step 1Book your holiday. Pick your seats on the coach and pay the deposit online, or book at the shop. Your postcode is taken when you book.
  2. Step 2The office phones you. The office will phone you within 48 hours to confirm your details and agree your payment plan or one-off payment. Your home pickup is confirmed on that call, and if you are outwith ML1 you are told the price then.
  3. Step 3We collect you from your door. On the morning, one of our own drivers picks you up from home in a car, taxi or minibus and takes you to the shop in Motherwell, where the coach is waiting. Your bags are loaded by our staff.
  4. Step 4The coach leaves the shop. One pickup point, then straight to the destination. The coach leaves the shop at about 10am.
  5. Step 5Home the same way. At the end of the holiday the coach comes back to the shop and our driver takes you home to your door.

  • One case per person, about 20 kg. Folding walkers are fine. No electric buggies.
  • Your pickup time is confirmed by the office, and it allows for the other pickups on the way to the shop.

Where is home pickup free?

Every ML1 postcode, which is Motherwell. It is included in the holiday price.

I am outwith ML1. Can I still be collected?

Yes. Small surcharge for pickup and return outwith ML1. We tell you the price when we call. Give us your postcode when you book and the office quotes it on the call.

Who does the collecting?

Our own drivers, in uniform, in a clean White Bus car, taxi or minibus. They finish the morning school runs and then collect for the coach.

Will I be on my own in the car?

Not always. You may share the vehicle with other customers going to the same coach, so the pickup time we give you allows for that.

How much luggage can I bring?

One case per person, about 20 kg. Folding walkers are fine. No electric buggies.

Does this apply to day trips and gig coaches?

No. Door to door is for the coach holidays. Day trips and gig coaches pick up at the stops listed on their own page.

How do I ask for it?

Book a coach holiday online with your postcode, and the office arranges it on the call. Or ring 01698 537555 and book with the shop.
